Ozone is an acrid, unstable, allotropic form of oxygen, having three atoms per molecule. It is also called active oxygen because it undergoes oxidation very easily. Ozone is a natural component of the atmosphere.
How does ozone affect the human body?
- It helps the liver to detoxify
- It helps to break down fats (cholesterol and triglycerides) These fats are known as a detrimental factor for the blood vessels (heart attack, stroke)
- It improves the cell metabolism – the motor for the generation of energy of the body
- It breaks down the uric acid level, the number one cause of gout and a damaging factor for the vessels.
- It increases the flow of blood and reduces circulatory disturbances
|
- It reduces the agglutination of red blood corpuscles distinctly, improving the oxygen transport and the flow of blood
- It supplies the tissue with oxygen and increases the intake of oxygen at the same time
- It destroys many types of bacteria, viruses and fungi and prevents their renewal.

Ozone therapy has been known and applied successfully by therapists for approximately 80 years. Millions of people have been treated with ozone therapy in the most different ways: injected in muscular tissue, subcutaneous, intravenous and introarterial, in combination with blood as autohaemotherapy, or in trigger points, by injecting it directly in aching joints or growths (open legs), in varicose veins and cellulite areas. Areas of application: Arthrosis of the joints Arteriosclerosis of the coronary vessels (cardiac pain) Cirrhosis of the liver (alcoholic or viral) Circulatory disorders (arms, legs, cerebrovascular insufficiency) Follow-up treatment after strokes (paralysis/hemiplegia) Rheumatic disorders i.e. muscular rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, lumbago, sciatic pain syndrome Increased uric acid level (gout) Slow recovery after serious illnesses As additional therapy for cancer treatment Skin disorder (acne, eczema) Eye trouble caused by circulatory disorders Migraines Dizziness General feeling of exhaustion
